You get his Medallion automatically from the cutscene. After the cutscecne the Disorder of the Ancients bays or accomplishment will unlock. At present return to Hytham at your settlement to driblet off all Medallions and become Thor'south Cape as a reward (which is needed to pull Thor's Hammer out of a Rock in Norway, then do that next).
